The International Conference, "The Female Face of Migration: Labour Migration without Risks," will take place in Moscow.

Chynara Abdyraimkulova, project coordinator of the "Roza Otunbayeva Initiative"IPF,will take part in the International Conference "The Female Face of Migration:Labour Migration without Risks", which will be held on October 1, 2021 in Moscow.

The event will be attended by Gulnara-Clara Samat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Russian Federation; representatives of state authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation; public foundations, organizations, and experts on migration. The conference will be moderated by Gulnara Derbisheva, Head of Insan-Leylek Public Foundation (Kyrgyzstan).

The conference will cover general situations and problems of migrant women in Russia during the pandemic, activities of the Trade Union of Migrants for protection of labor rights of women migrants, law on life insurance for labor migrants, and other issues related to female migration in the Russian Federation.

The event was organized by the Regional Public Organization,"Centre for Promotion of Russian-Kyrgyz Relations, "Mekenim Ala-Too", with the support of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Guild of Interethnic Journalism.
