In the Kochkor region on the Iyri Suu jailoo a kindergarten was opened. As the head of the village council Talaa Bulak Barlykan, son of Kadyrkul, said, they opened the kindergarten on the jailoo specifically so that amenities would be available for the children and their parents. All the financial issues were dealt with by the village council and the residents of the jailoo. 25 children are enrolled in the kindergarten.
