The Foundation Opened a Resource Center within the Project "Sanarip 50+"
February 28, 2024, 06:18On February 27, 2024, the first resource center of the
"Sanarip (Digital) 50+" project was opened in Bishkek. The event was
attended by representatives of the Roza Otunbaeva Initiative and Bolot Junushev,
a specialist from the Ecology and Social Responsibility Department of the
Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank.
The "Sanarip 50+" project aims to support
regional methodological centers in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, and Talas
regions in opening or making fully functional resource centers. This support
includes providing necessary equipment and conducting digital literacy
trainings.
The regional resource centers were selected based on
their need for equipment and their willingness to participate in the Sanarip
50+ project. As part of this initiative, the resource centers have been
equipped with interactive boards, printers, household appliances, computers and
other necessary equipment.
The primary objective of the project is to establish
centers where knowledge about information and communication technologies is
readily available, while creating a conducive environment for training and
professional development.
Under the project "Sanarip 50+", the International
Public Foundation Roza Otunbaeva Initiative with the financial support of Kyrgyz
Investment and Credit Bank plans to establish five resource centers by the end
of February 2024.
We thank Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank for its valuable contribution to
the development of education and digital literacy in the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
