We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the

remarkable career. Roza Otunbaeva served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of

with her appointment as the Chairman of the USSR Commission for UNESCO. In

We wish Roza Isakovna good health and continued
success in her current role!

navigate challenging situations bring peace to the people of Afghanistan! May
our collective thoughts provide you with strength, and may your enduring
