The Foundation has commenced the translation of the children's book "365 Weird and Wonderful Science Experiments"

The International Public Foundation "Roza Otunbaeva Initiative" has initiated the translation process for the children's book "365 Weird and Wonderful Science Experiments" (working title in Kyrgyz: "365 Kyzik jana Keremet Ilimiy Experiment") by Elizabeth Snoke Harris.

This book provides children with the opportunity to conduct fascinating yet simple science experiments at home using readily available household materials. It serves as an excellent way to introduce your child to the expansive and intriguing world of science! After all, science often starts with the observation of simple phenomena and transformations that we sometimes overlook.

We aim to publish the translated version of the book before the summer holidays, enabling thousands of children across all regions of Kyrgyzstan to engage in scientific experiments within the comfort of their homes.

The book is being translated under the U.S. Embassy's Book Translation Program 2023.
