The second stage of the Training of Trainers on Design Thinking has been completed

Within the project "Active Women's Civil Society Organizations of Kyrgyzstan for Peace," the second stage of the Training of Trainers on Design Thinking was completed.

From 10th to 14th July, in Bishkek, representatives of women's civil society organizations and employees of government agencies were trained in conducting Design Thinking workshops and organizing effective communication with communities.

The training aimed to strengthen the achievement of project objectives, expand the understanding of climate change adaptation, promote social solidarity, and advance gender equality using Design Thinking methodology and "speed dating" tools. Based on the training results, the best trainers will be selected to continue their work with the new tools. The event will foster connections between participants to work effectively with communities, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

This will enable the trainers to better achieve project objectives, enhance climate change adaptation, contribute to conflict prevention, and promote gender equality. The training serves as a significant platform for developing the skills and knowledge of trainers from women's civil society organizations.

The training is organized by UN Women, the International Public Foundation "Roza Otunbaeva Initiative," and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) with financial support from the UN Peacebuilding Fund.
