Children's festival “Altyn Kazyk”: Minister of Health sings a lullaby (video)

Gulnara Baatyrova, the Minister of Health of the
Kyrgyz Republic, sang a lullaby as part of her participation in the interactive
festival for parents and children called “Altyn Kazyk” The
festival was organized to celebrate International Children's Day.
A lullaby is a lyrical genre that is found in most
nations of the world, including Kyrgyz oral poetry. Lullabies are sung with the
purpose of lulling, comforting, distracting, and disciplining the child. They
convey wishes for the child to be a happy person worthy of serving the nation.
