R.I. Otunbayeva Presented an Open Lecture on the topic of «Enlightenment in Kyrgyzstan: Problems and Prospects»

Ex-President of the Kyrgyz Republic R.I. Otunbayeva presented an open lecture, on the subject of “Enlightenment in Kyrgyzstan, Problems and Prospects,” at the first session of the Academy of Civic Enlightenment, which took place in the capital from May 25th to May 28th.
Audience members included civic leaders, governmental and municipal workers, party members, and representatives of NGOs and the business community of our country.
The Academy is an informal, permanent platform which hopes to bring together active, professional, and progressive people from different spheres, regions, and professions of Kyrgyzstan. The Academy’s resources are directed towards proving the viability of human rights, fostering humane methods for development, and promoting the ideas of citizenship.
Soon after the lecture, a letter showed up at Roza Isakovna’s door:
