Bishkek hosts the Third Festival of Education

The Third Festival of Education was held at the Skryabin Kyrgyz National Agrarian University on April 24, 2015.
The Festival of Education involved schoolchildren, students, children and their parents. There were many workshops, a fair of flowers, concert and dance events, eco-bazaar, sports games, and demonstrations on karate baton from KNAU, as well as open class laboratory.
In the framework of "Stars Reading to Children" with the support of UNICEF, Raimzhan Kurmanov, Omar, Julia Rutskii read children books. In the study of the great writer, Chyngyz Aitmatov's sister Rosa writer Aitmatov children read an excerpt from his biography.
Deputy Prime Minister Damir Niyazalieva, former President Roza Otunbayeva, the mayor of Bishkek Kubanichbek Kulmatov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Toktobubu Ashymbaeva and representatives of the Aga Khan Foundation, visited the festival.
The event was accompanied by a concert and dance performances by students KNAU, educational center "Umai-Nur", the Confucius Institute and the youth movement "I love Kyrgyzstan."
Also the eco-cup KVN teams "Pozitiff", "Kyrgyz Yard", "Elestet", "Variety”, and Brooklyn will perform.
The closing ceremony of the festival will be held on April 25 at the Kurmanjan Datka monument.
