December 19 – Arabaev Kyrgyz State University   ‘Aflatoun’ – A program of balanced social and financial education for youths 6-18 years of age, Aflatoun’s message is that social responsibility and financial literacy can be part of both formal and informal education.   The program focuses on two training areas: Teaching understanding of rights and responsibilities to allow young people to take active roles in the development of their society, as well as financial knowledge and skills to make the best of available resources.
