June 13, 2014 – The Roza Otunbayeva Initiative opens a preschool at Kara Chukur jailoo in Kara Suu Rayon as part of the “Independent Jailoo Preschools” program.   The ceremony was attended Egemberdiev Abdymalik - Director of Pastures of the KR, Deputy Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Osh region Muhammad Ahmatzhan, chapter adminstartsii Kara-Suu district Matraimov Tilek project coordinator "Independent Jailoo Preschools" Roza Otunbayeva Initiative head of ayil okmotu and deputies of the local council.
