A festival celebrating education was held in the center of Bishkek. Interest in the festival was huge. To hold the event, authorities had to block several main streets. Come on holiday and high school students and primary school children with their parents, the correspondent of "WORLD 24" Alexander Muchkina.
The festival grounds were divided into several thematic areas. Master classes for different professions were held under the open sky. For example, girls could imagine themselves as hairdressers.
According to PR manager of the Second Festival of Education Adelfiya Amankulova, the main aim of the festival was to attract the attention of young people. "Let's pay attention to the opportunities that we have today, and not emphasize what we don’t," she said.
Creativity centers were provided for the youngest guests of the festival. For boys there was aircraft modeling; at that table there were lot of children and parents.
Education Festival held in Kyrgyzstan for the second time. Initiator of the event is former President of the Republic Roza Otunbayeva. Thousands of people visited the event over the weekend.
