School Principals in the Nookat District Received Training on School Development Plans

On February 15, a training session on the preparation of school development plans was held at the Karimov secondary school in the Nookat district of the Osh region. Organized by the Roza Otunbaeva Initiative Foundation as part of the second phase of the UNICEF project Girls in Science, the event was aimed at improving educational practices.

The training, attended by education officials and representatives from various sectors, focused on analyzing development plans and addressing gender issues in education. Participants engaged in interactive sessions led by experts, including practical exercises on gender-sensitive pedagogy and the development of STEM subjects.

The second phase of the UNICEF Girls in Science project, implemented in partnership with the Child Protection Center, AUCA Technical School of Innovation and Enactus Kyrgyzstan, aims to promote inclusive and innovative educational practices.
