Presentation of the results of the School for Advancement of Gender Equality (SAGE) Small Grants Program took place

On May 19, 2023 the presentation of the results of the
Small Grants Program of the School for Advancement of Gender Equality (SAGE) took
place at the "Park Hotel".
The Executive Director of the Roza Otunbaeva
Initiative Foundation, Dogdurgiul Kendirbaeva, gave a presentation on the
situation analysis of the Communication Platform of Universities of the Kyrgyz
Republic on the involvement of applicants in technical specialties (STEM
specialties) and assessment of gender sensitivity. This research was conducted
as part of the University of Central Asia (UCA) School of Civil Society
Initiative's Small Grants Program to Promote Gender Equality with funding from
the Government of Canada, the Foundation for Health and Empowerment (F4HE), and
the Advancing Gender Equality through Civil Society (AGECS) Program.
The SAGE School aims to support women's rights, gender
equality and women-led organizations to strengthen and develop their
institutional capacity in the following areas.
