The project «Stars read to children», launched during the Festival of Education, continues!

July 8, 2013, 06:00

The campaign called "Stars read to children" took place in the first Festival of Education in the gallery of Oak Park. Within the campaign, celebrities - actors, broadcast journalists, politicians, artists, leaders of major campaigns - read books to children aloud

The "Roza Otunbayeva Initiative" created, prepared, and carried out "Stars read to children" in order to promote regeneration of the culture of book reading and children's interest in books. Today's children read little, which adversely affects the formation of the individual and the development of creative potential. The campaign was intended to draw public attention to the need to read aloud to children, as an indispensable element for the formation of the child's skills and love of reading.

We are glad to inform you that "Stars read to children" will be continued on a permanent basis starting July 10 as a new project with the same title.

We will be waiting for you on July 10th at 16:00 at the Historical Museum, where Jamal Seydakmatova will read to children aged 5-9 years old a fairy tale called "Av menen Meow" (Nikolai Shulgin).

Come! It will be interesting!
