The “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation director of operations D. S. Kendirbaeva and the “Education Festival” project assistant A. Urgunalieva were in Moscow September 18th-20th, 2015 attending the 4th Education Festival for children.
The “Start Up” education festival’s central scope is education. Every year since 2012, the festival has been held in the Central Art painting building. This public educational project skillfully brought together the elements of exhibitions, professional career fair, and a large festival and family vacation center.
