The Knowledge Caravan completed its work through the project «Stars Read Books to Children» under The «Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva» International Public Foundation in Naryn Oblast September 15th, 2015. Well-known children's book author Asek Kaziev attended the project.

The International Public Foundation's three facilities in Naryn Oblast consisted of:

Naryn City, School #1 Named after Toktogul

Naryn City, School #7 Named after Sydykov

Karamoinok village, School Named after Abylgazy

Primary school students, parents, teachers, and village libraries’ librarians participated in the “Stars Read Books to Children” project. Children’s author Asek Kaziev gave a presentation on the publications, “Manas Alippesi,” “Poyushaya Azbuka,” “Pravila Dorozhnova Dvizheniya,” “Tabyshmaktar,” and “Stihotvoreniya,” and after he read Kyrgyz fairytales to the children. Children read their own stories one-by-one, sang songs about their homeland, answered questions from the listeners, and asked questions about things they were interested in.

For every organization the Caravan went to, copies of the author’s works, books with Kyrgyz fairytales, and passages from the Epic Poem “Manas” were given by The “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation for use by the organizations.
