Kyrgyzstani Ex-President Roza Otunbayeva Spoke at the 16th Eurasian Economic Summit

On April 11th and 12th the 16th Eurasian Economic Summit was heldin Istanbul. It is held annually under the auspices of the Marmara Group Foundation. The summit is an important platform for international dialogue with the goal of creating a favorable environment for regional government, improving the conditions for private investment and raising the standard of living in Eurasia. 

On April 11th, 2013 Kyrgyzstani Ex-President Roza Otunbayeva spoke at the 16th Eurasian Economic Summit. During the summit, important questions pertaining to economics, energyand ecology were discussed as well as problems relating to intercultural dialogue, integration and gender research. The heads of state, ministers, prime ministers of a few countries as well as government representatives and prominent political figures of 42 countries participated in the Summit. 

The Eurasian Economic Summit is one of the most reputable and long established regional organizations, targeting decision makers and opinion leaders of public and private sector in Eurasia. The geography covers the regions of Balkans, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey.
