On the evening of April 8, 2015, former President of the Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbayeva met with the president of "Hanns Seidel Foundation", Ursula Männle. During the meeting the two discussed the development of Kyrgyzstan and the possibility of cooperation between the two foundations.
Background
The "Hanns Seidel Foundation" was founded in 1967. It is a German political foundation that determines that operates by their motto, "In the service of democracy, peace and development" and carries out political education activities both within Germany and abroad. The Foundation has its Central Asian office in Bishkek. Professor Ursula Männle is a former Minister of State of Bavaria.
