Questions discussed on the first day of the «Directorship» training course

How to create a highly efficient professional team? What is the criterion to evaluate staff? How to organize staff monitoring and evaluation? Why do teachers leave their jobs? As statistics shows, low wages is not the main reason for teachers’ turnover, but rather dissatisfaction with the management. Lack of staff development opportunities and clear objectives for organization as a whole and each individual employee are another main reasons for dissatisfaction.
Supervisors should be able to look at the situation through the eyes of employees and offer several options to solve situation. New emerging challenges need to be reviewed in a positive way. Training covered existing problems of managers in personnel management and development of strategies to address them.
If used appropriately, information obtained at the training stimulates the development of participating kindergartens and improves quality of service.
