Great school meal experience in Bakay-Ata district of Talas oblast

From January 19-23, 2015, former President Roza Otunbayeva visited Talas, Jalal-Abad and Osh oblasts as part of the "Promotion of state policy in the field of school meals in the Kyrgyz Republic" project, implemented by "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva" IPF in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Health, and supported by the UN World Food Programme.
The purpose of the event was to introduce the project to optimize school meals and raise awareness about the concept of a national school meal program.
