The Roza Otunbayeva Initiative International Public Foundation is pleased to announce the Fair of Educational Services to be held on April 27 in the Old Square as part of the Second Festival of Education in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
We invite the participation of all childcare services, educational courses, institutes of higher education (IHE), children's stores and the makers and distributers of educational games, toys, clothing and other goods for kids!
An Exclusive Event: A unique platform for working professionals in the education industry, manufacturers of childcare products, and most importantly for potential customers – children and their parents. This is where they can learn all about the educational services that YOU provide. This exhibition is a great way to attract more customers to your business before the next school year!
About participation in the exhibition:
Lease an “office” that consists of 1 tent, 2 tables and 2 chairs at a cost of 4,000 som. Tent size is 2x3m.
Leasing an office at the fair provides you with:
- An individual space to interact with exhibition guests, promote your company’s products/services and disseminate advertising and promotional materials;
- The ability to participate in an interactive exhibition through the organization of workshops;
- Information about your company in the festival catalog section on the “Exhibition” including your logo, company name, brief description of your goods/services (8 words), address, phone number and website.
- Exhibition participants can hold their own presentations of their educational services and products.
It is also possible to rent half an “office,” including 1 table and 1 chair for 2000 сом.
Leasing half an office will provide you with:
- An individual space to interact with exhibition guests, promote your company’s products/services and disseminate advertising and promotional materials;
- The ability to participate in an interactive exhibition through the organization of workshops;
- Information about your company in the festival catalog section on the “Exhibition” including your logo, company name, brief description of your goods/services (8 words), address, phone number and website.
- Exhibition participants can hold their own presentations of their educational services and products.
Fair schedules will be sent upon request.

Raffle off prizes from your company to exhibition guests, including gift certificates, gifts, souvenirs or coupons.

• 3х2(cm) color company logo, 8 words about the company– 1500 som,
• Advertising module 1 – Full page — 4000 som,
• Advertising module 2 – Half page — 2000 som,
• First sheet listing – 8,000 som.
Catalog format: А5, full color printing.
* Attention! If advertisements for your goods and/or services must include the license numbers, the license numbers and issuing authority must be provided. Advertising for goods or services subject to mandatory certification must be marked “subject to mandatory certification.” Copies of licenses and certificates, duly certified, should be sent to the organizer along with the information for the catalog.
