HEALTH AND HAPPINESS THROUGH PSYCHOANALYSIS!

Although we don’t all have children, we all have parents. Everyone was born as and still remains a child. Therefore, there is always room for improvement in the interaction between parents and their children.

Psychoanalysts work with anyone looking for help with emotional problems. Psychoanalysts help change attitudes and perspectives to help people out of crises. Even though we cannot change the past, psychoanalysis can help us to change our attitudes about it.

Through the exploration of your inner world, the mastery of several conflict resolution techniques and the construction of a foundation of self-examination you can establish harmony and mutual understanding between parents and children, husbands and wives, relatives and immediate family as well as friends and colleagues

An important component of psychoanalysis is the study of psychosomatic (mind-body) illnesses such as phobias, addictions and impotence.

Lecture goals:

- To promote basic psychoanalytic knowledge, provide participants with information on the fundamentals of parent-child conflicts and help to find constructive solutions to conflicts at home or school,

- To train parents on techniques for successful conflict resolution (interpersonal/intrapersonal),

- To describe types of early childhood trauma and conflicts in order to help identify and prevent mental health problems later in life.

Training tasks:

- Teach methods of finding solutions to conflicts at home, at school or at work,
