The “Roza Otunbayeva Initiative” International Foundation,
together with the National Assembly and
K. Moldobasanov Kyrgyz National Conservatory
present the next event in the “Music – The Soul of the People”
concert-lecture series.
The “Music – The Soul of the People” lecture and concert series is part of the Foundation’s commitment to cultural and educational programs.
The series consists of 11 concerts and lectures representing the musical traditions of ethnic communities living in Kyrgyzstan. The innovative project presents musical concerts followed by information sessions where attendees can learn about dances, songs and monuments representing the intangible spiritual culture of each ethnic group.
The purpose of the program is to promote intercultural dialogue and respect and understanding of other ethnicities through cultural study.
