Dear friends!

We invite you and your children to the presentation of children's books about art, which will be held in the Great Hall of the National Philharmonic on December 17 at 12:00.

The heroes of the books are our famous contemporaries - the composer Muratbek Begaliev from Kyrgyzstan, the rector of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory named after Moldobasanova, a violinist Aiman Musakhodzhaeva from Kazakhstan, a rector of the National University of Arts, an opera performer Ismail Dzhalilov from Uzbekistan, National Artist of the USSR, now a head of the department of operatic vocals of the Tashkent Conservatory, an artist Yuristanbek Shygaev, director of the National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aytiev.

Books will tell you about how a small child, carried away by art, goes after his dream, overcoming difficulties, obstacles and becomes famous, glorifying his homeland far beyond its borders. And in all these stories, these children have become famous not only for their talent , but also for their perseverance, hard work, and ability to “take a punch”.

"Why books about contemporaries?", - many of us will ask. We are accustomed to admire those who have gone, and so often we forget and do not see how many talented, beautiful people live next to us. And their example can inspire and encourage children not to be afraid of difficulties on the way, and to firmly follow their dreams. And maybe after reading these books, a child will choose art in his own way of life; maybe one of these books will support his choice, and a new bright star will light up on the horizon of our art.

The books are published by the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative Foundation within the framework of the project Contemporary Art for Children with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, FINCA BANK.
