Trainings for teaching eye exercises to be held in Bishkek

For three days in February, the volunteers of the K. Karasaeva BHU Confucius Institute will hold trainings on eye exercises for grammar school teachers of schools #62, #66, and #28 lyceum in Bishkek.
Given the enormous strain on the eyes of students, we can say that they are often faced with dry eyes, redness, and nearsightedness. Moreover, there are already children with low vision, who badly need rest and exercises. Exercises can help to build stamina against external influences and prevent vision loss, and help relax intraocular muscles and preserve vision.
Eye exercise trainings will be held according to the following schedule:
- February 17, 12.00 - 13.00 in the School #66 methodology room;
- February 19, 12.30 - 13.30 in the Gymnasium School #62 auditorium;
- February 24, 12.40-13.40 in the Lyceum #28 auditorium.
In the future, teachers will be able to train the children on their own. Trainings will be held by The "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva" International Public Foundation in conjunction with the K. Karasaeva BSU Confucius Institute.
