For directors of Bishkek schools will talk about an environment safety

 A lecture on ecology was held 29 January 2016 for directors of Bishkek schools within the framework of the “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” Foundation’s eco-project "Think globally, act locally: increasing ecological responsibility among children and youth" in the school gymnasium №24. Ecologist and executive director of the environmental movement “BIOM”, Anna Kirilenko, gave a lecture on the theme: “Ecological Security: Features of school work for ensuring security.”

Also during the lecture, a presentation of the results of the 2015 lecture eco-project "Think globally, act locally: increasing environmental responsibility among children and youth" and the activities and eco-actions planned in cooperation with the Department of Education of the Municipality of Bishkek for 2016 were given. Results of the contest on eco-slogans among children centers was declared and the winners were awarded. Also, the winners of the competition on wastepaper collection among school of Bishkek, conducted by “Makulatura.kg” together with the Department of Education of Municipality of Bishkek, were awarded. During the competition Bishkek schools were provided with special eco-boxes for waste paper and 60 schools of the capital collected 14046.5 kg from spring to autumn months.
