Call for directors of private kindergartens and centers to participate in training «Directory»

Dear private kindergarten and center leaders!

The «Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva» International Public Foundation invites you, directors of private kindergartens and centers and all who are interested in opening their own private kindergartens to the «Directory» training.

The course offers four trainings, each with its own theme. Trainer – Maria Mirkes, Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Maria is the head of an anthropology school, and gives trainings for other leaders all across Russia. From the «Directory» trainings in Russia, kindergartens have successfully transitioned to education organizations in their respective regions.

The current training theme is «Customers». Private kindergartens work with money provided directly from their customers; this requires that the kindergartens show customers the strength of their work and quality of their service.

How must a private kindergarten director attract and retain customers in today's competitive market? How must she create a «customer-kindergarten» relationship? How should she show the quality of her work and retain or improve her ability to show the value of her service?

At this training, Maria Mirkes will talk about the need to find solutions to these issues as well as others. This two-day training covers all the basic information and advice needed for leaders. The training place can be found in the attached information.
