Project International Public Foundation "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva" called "Jailoo Preschools" was launched in 2014.

In Kyrgyzstan, the number of children aged 0 to 7 years 870,000, a quarter of the population. Of these, only 14% attend kindergarten, and it's mostly children who live in large cities. Rural same children, children of shepherds are not able to receive pre-school education and integrated development due to lack of the most basic conditions for this - in the mountains there is no light, no kindergarten, no playgrounds, no books, toys and computers, and most importantly, there is prepared educators.

It is necessary to note the important factor that rural families are usually large families. At the same time, the education of children as compared to survival, has received little attention. Young parents from rural regions of the country go to work in neighboring countries, leaving their children and elderly parents.

Thus, children living in remote mountain areas of Kyrgyzstan, from childhood faced with the problem of unequal access to education, which leads to further stratification of society, increasing the number of children who do not get an education.

The goal of this project - to create conditions for equal access vulnerable group - children of shepherds to preschool education.

Preschool Jailoos - Kyrgyz yurt is equipped with everything necessary to provide children with basic knowledge in the field of early childhood education. Each "garden" works 1 teacher.

Preschools at jailoos are designed for children aged 2 to 7 years. However, because of the large interest in the garden, in 2014, visited them and children up to 14 years.

Preschools at jailoos were opened in all seven areas of the Kyrgyz Republic.
