The fifth event of the Caravan of Knowledge was held at Preschool 48

2 April (Thursday) at grammar school №48 will take place the fifth event of the Caravan of knowledge: a mobile workshop of Natural Sciences. The theme of the next Caravan is "Strangers Bishkek residents: the animals and plants of our city."

The event will hold the representatives of the public fund sustainable community development "Yrystan" Dmitry Vetoshkin and Dmitry Pereyaslavsky. The event will be attended by students grades 8-9. Schoolchildren will talk about the kinds of plants and animals and the city of Bishkek.

Also at the meeting the students will be a presentation of eco-project of the International Fund "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva" entitled "Think globally - act locally: improving environmental responsibility among children and youth."

"Caravan of Knowledge: Mobile Workshop of Natural Sciences" was initiated by public fund "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva" and organized in collaboration with the Department of Education of the Mayor’s Office of Bishkek with the active participation of environmental organizations.

This event has already carried out in secondary schools number 84 and №77 settlement "Ak-Orgo», № 82, located in the housing estate "Ala-Too", as well as in school №79 residential community "Archa-Beshik."
