Session 2. Organization Clients: Sales, Analysis, and Retention

Private kindergartens work for clients. It is understood that the client is a key person in the company. Providers of educational services must strike a balance between the demands of parents and those of kindergarten.

 

The second session of the course "Director" will acquaint you with a variety of tools that help you work effectively with the client (effectively - hence the client happy and the money is).

 

• Tools that can be used to capture and analyze customer attitude and time to make decisions. As we see customers that they value our work, they do not notice? What should I respond that it is possible to pass? As customers make decisions when they come to us in the children's center or when moving away from us? As "estimated cost" of our services?

 

• Key ways of selling services in the education business.

 

• Specificity of educational services that we work with the child and the parent (double-client). As it is necessary to take into account?

 

• What should the different employees to customers - managers, administrators, teachers, assistants, accountant, director, etc.

 

• Customer in different business processes (actions) of the organization - sales and services, payment services, the purpose of explanation and the price action in a conflict situation with a client or an employee, payroll, site organization, schedule, etc.

 

• Categories of clients and the necessary actions (not all customers need to do the same thing!). Customer base - it should look like in order to be useful.

Often, a good teacher becomes the director of business. He knows how to do his job, loves children and is a fan of their soul, but he did not learn to lead people and the organization. So, he needs to learn a little control!

 

A series of workshops "Director" - a management educational program. First, a basic level, then - on the basis of a spiral - all the more difficult questions. Each seminar touches on many aspects, but focuses on one of the topics.
