State Historical Museum
As part of the "Germans in the history of Kyrgyzstan" exhibition, the State Historical Museum held a handful of events for children of primary school age.
The program included:
• City tour for children on the exhibition "Germans in the history of Kyrgyzstan"
• “Stars read to children" - Deputy Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kyrgyzstan, Mr. Anders Lundgren German fairy tales read to children
• Fun Games of puppet theater "Slave"
• Workshops for children
• A cartoon showing
The exhibition was opened on October 3 this year and was organized by the International Public Foundation "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva," supported by the People's Council of Germans in Kyrgyzstan, German Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic, Goethe Institute, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, "Interglass" company and the State Historical Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The main purpose of the exhibition is to present the general public of the country and the world community the history of Germans in Kyrgyzstan and their contribution to the economic and cultural development of the country, as well as highlighting further ways of integration and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Germany.
