Dear parents, dear educators, primary school methodologists, and kindergarten methodologists!
The “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation invites you to the “Smartum” Intellectual Arithmatic Methodology introductory lecuture.
Every man, woman, and child needs to be able to count and add quickly and accurately. Most of us believe we can only add, subtract and multiply two and three digit numbers with the use of pencil and paper or a calculater. The creators of the “Smartum” mental arithmatic assert that all children from 4 years old to 16 years old can learn to do these calculations in their head!
This method has been used by Indians and Chinese for many ages. Currently this the “Smartum” method is being widely used in India, Japan, Singapore, and Belarus, and are gaining hold in Kazakh and Russian schools and kindergartens as well.
If you want to add this method to your repertoire, we invite you to join us at the lecture that will be given by the professional methodologist Asel Aitmatova. The lectures begins at 11:00. Doors open at 10:00.

Those who wish to teach the mental arithmatic method for addition and subtraction can be enrolled in a five day training, and subsequent training teaching multiplication and division.
