On June 29, 2013, the mentoring project “Ustat” held training for mentees on leadership for a clear picture on who is a leader, how to be a leader, and what qualities an effective leader should have. The goals of the leadership training were the understanding of leadership qualities and the development of skills of effective communication as a leader.
