The correspondent of Turmush reported that a forum was held to promote and implement basic standards for the development of children from birth to age three in Naryn city.   Representatives of local authorities, heads of relevant bodies and representatives of various foundations participated in the forum. According to the organizers, the forum was dedicated to the development of younger children. During the forum, the basic standards for the development of children from 0 to 3 years and a diary of the development of the child were presented.
