Participants of the Roza Otunbayeva Initiative’s “Ustat” project for young spent a half day at the Coca-Cola Bishkek Company where they met with staff and learned about the company’s operations.   Nurzat Aidaralieva, the company’s personnel department director talked about her professional experience with the girls. She also talked about juggling a career and family.   Head of PAC, Aijan Djumalieva, conducted master-classes on public speaking for the girls. The most active and confident girls had the opportunity to present their speeches for the cameras.   The successful visit was concluded with memorable gifts from the company to each participant.
