The Former President of the Kyrgyz Republic Roza Otunbayeva spoke at the Opening Ceremony of the 20th Anniversary International Conference "Women Changing the World" in St. Petersburg.
The conference, which was held on November 14-15 2013 was attended by the Former President of Finland Tarja Halonen, the Vice-speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation L. Shvetsova, State Duma Deputies E. Lakhova and V. Petrenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation O. Golodes, Representative of the Russian President in the North-West region Y. Shalimov, Senator from St. Petersburg in the Russian Federation Council V. Tyulpanov, Vice-governor of St. Petersburg I. Golikov, Members of Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, women's delegations from the regions of Russian Federation and numerous foreign participants.
