Mentors of the «Mentor-3» project in Bishkek imparting their knowledge to their mentees

Police P/Colonel Nurzhan Adylov, deputy head of the Personnel Department of Internal Affairs in Alamedin area, had this to say to mentees about his work: After selection, I invited mentees to the Alamudun PDIA in order to introduce them and create relationships of trust.

 

Currently, work is being done with Aiza Abdykerimova, who desires to follow in the footsteps of her brother to work for the Kyrgyz Republic Ministry of Interior. Aiza’s brother, a police sergeant, was killed in 2003 while working in the Alamudun region MI Tash-Dobo Police Road Unit.

 

An open door day was held in December 2015. During the first meeting, Aiza was introduced to the daily schedules of each of the OUR, SO, IDN, D/C and OOB department work in the PDIA and the roles and functions of each of the employees working within these departments.

 

Also a tour of the police station was carried out, where the temporary detention cameras were shown for those who had committed administrative offenses.

 

At the next meeting during a conversation, the mentee became interested in the work of the juevenille inspector where the head of the department, P/Colonel B. T. Toktocunova introduced and showed the work of juvenile inspectors as they performed the duties and tasks fo the work. Aiza participated in a conversation with inspectors of the department involved in preventative supervision.
