Izat Nurbek kyzy, a student of grade 9 at T. Satylganov Oblast Lyceum: "I am very happy with my studies at the Winter School. I really like the classes in all subjects (algebra, biology, computer science, chemistry, physics), such as the math class to develop logical thinking and to look for rational solutions, and chemistry, physics and biology classes include hands-on lab work. Every teacher presents the issue of how to apply our knowledge to everyday life.”

In Karakol at the training center "Bilim Bulagy" the Winter School teaches natural-technical disciplines within the framework of the project "Women in Engineering and Science,” with the support of the "Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation.

As part of the School, participants receive training on the subjects: mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, English and Russian. Region-wide TV advertising was conducted to invite participants to the school. A quality selection of educators for the school was conducted, and innovative teaching methods are used in the classes.
