The exposition will present two major topics:

1. Historical processes in the context of which Kyrgyzstan lived in the second half of 19th – 20th centuries.

2. The Germans, whose contributions to Kyrgyzstan are invaluable.

In turn, the German Embassy in cooperation with the National Council of Germans in Kyrgyzstan have decided to plan a “Days of German Cinema” event to coincide with the exhibition. Thus, in the southern capital on 27 and 28 March in the cinema "Ak-Buura" were shown such famous works as "Good Bye, Lenin!", "The Miracle of Bern", "Last Days of Sophie Scholl", "The Lives of Others."
