Kyrgyz Republic’s Former President Roza Otunbayeva attended closing ceremony of the Central Asian climbing championship

Former President of the Kyrgyz Republic attended the closing ceremony of the Central Asian climbing tournament which took place at the K2 sports center on December 7, 2014.

For the first time, athletes from four Central Asian countries as Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan competed at the tournament.

120 athletes competed in three age categories. Adult category included the athletes who were born before 1998. Other two age categories included athletes who were born in 1999-2001 and in 2002 and after. Participants competed in four disciplines of climbing sport such as the difficulty of climbing, speed, bouldering and jumping.
