The Roza Otunbayeva Initiative announces a call for applications for work on the «Open Book» project

To conduct a situation analysis on the prospects of implementing AER in Kyrgyzstan, to investigate the existing regulatory framework regarding intellectual property, infrastructure, education and training in Kyrgyzstan, and to determine opportunities to develop innovative educational materials and barriers that limit access to these materials.
Results of the study will form the basis of the draft paper on implementing AER in Kyrgyzstan, and will help form an action plan for passing laws that govern access to educational materials through the introduction of AER.
