·         Presentation of the book "Women, who have devoted their love to their homeland" published in the framework of the "Empowering Women and Girls Affected by Migration for Inclusive and Peaceful Community Development" project.

May 17 - Accompanying the “Girls in Science” project participant girls to the National Testing Site  

May 18 - Opening ceremony of the local initiatives site: playground and gym facility.

Location: Ak-Turpak village, Batken region

·         Opening a playground and a gym facility.

·         Presentation of positive deviator activities: Gulmira Isakova, former migrant, director of O. Abdrakhmanov Innovative School will share her experience of women in leadership, school development, etc.

·         Presentation of the book about successful migrant women "Women, who have devoted their love to their homeland"

May 19 - Roundtable on the results of STEM education policy analysis

May 19 - Opening ceremony of the local initiatives site: Gym facility

Time: 9:30am

Location: Muratbekov school, Kyzyl-Tuu village, Jalal-Abad region.

·         Opening ceremony of a Gym facility

·         Positive practices dialogue presentations on opening a home based kindergarten for migrant’s children and mentorship of Narimbetova Turdukaneje, former head/deputy of the local council and her student, Tagaeva Tamara, former head of the local council.

May 21 - Opening ceremony of the local initiatives site: the square in front of the "Semetei cinema"; a competition of artist schoolchildren.

Time: 11:00am

Location: Kara-Buura village, Talas region, School of Manas, public garden in front of “Semetei” cinema

·         Opening ceremony of local initiatives site of the square in front of the “Semetei” cinema

·         Competition of artist schoolchildren from three schools on the theme of women and girls participation in peacebuilding

·         Presentation of the book about successful migrant women "Women, who have devoted their love to their homeland"(In Kyrgyz).

During the month - Scheduled meetings of mentors with mentees in the "Girls in Science" project

May - Opening ceremony of local initiative sites: two Gym facilities

·         Positive experience presentation from Kulbaeva Narinsa, migrant woman, on opening of the "Shyktan" youth center and creation of the "Bel Kairagach" foundation
