Dear participants,

The lecture will take place on 22 March 2013 at 13:00 in the conference Hall of the Kyrgyz National University named for Arabaev, building II at ul. Razzakova 51A (at the intersection of Kievskaya and Razzakova).

Throughout history, people have paid particular attention to the health of an expectant mother and the development of the fetus itself. Our ancestors knew that these 9 months of waiting must be filled with harmony and positive emotions, kindness and beauty. Starting from different traditions, rituals, going back centuries, to the special breathing exercises, songs and prayers – all these different peoples in different parts of the world strove to protect and strengthen the woman and her baby.

Scientific studies of the potential of music in a variety of health and rehabilitation aims have been going on for a long time. The principle of beneficial effects of music and harmonious sounds on the human body is the basis of the “Sonatal” method. The name of the method itself contains two Latin words, sonus meaning sound and natus meaning birth. Mikhail Lazarev will present this method for prenatal and early musical development of a child. The author will talk about and demonstrate how music affects the capabilities of the fetus and the health benefits that can be obtained through the help of the musical activities of the methodology.

The methods of Mr. Lazarev achieved international renown and are in use in many countries. We are pleased that the citizens of Kyrgyzstan, healthcare specialists, experts, expectant mothers and parents already raising children will be able to become acquainted with the author and his system.
