Rules for participation in the exhibition of educational services in the first

Dear Partners, 

We are pleased to invite your company to participate in the exhibition of Educational Services in the ”Education Festival” organized by the “Roza Otunbayeva Initiative” International Foundation. 

This exclusive Fair is a unique working platform for education industry professionals, manufacturers of products for childcare, and, most importantly, for potential customers, boys and girls, as well as their parents. Participation in the exhibition will be an excellent advertisement for your company and attract new customers for the 2013 academic year! 

The presentations of companies and individual products (services) will be organized in the framework of the exhibition. 

Place and date of the exhibition (Education Fesetival): 

Bishkek, Old Square, May 18-19, 2013, from 10 am to 6 pm. 

 

The fee for participation in the exhibition (2 days):

- The possibility for interactive participation (organization of workshops, seminars); 

- Information about your company in the exhibition catalogue (company name, a brief description of goods/services – 8 words, address, phone, website); 

- Night security

              7000 som 

- Separate for communicating with exhibition guests, presentation of your company’s products/services, distribution of advertising materials: 2 tables (80cm x 80cm), 2 chairs, 6 m2 working area (whole tent); 

- The possibility for interactive participation (organization of workshops, seminars); 

- Information about your company in the exhibition catalogue (company name, a brief description of goods/services – 8 words, address, phone, website); 

- Night security 

 

Additional options: 

1. A prize from your company for the exhibitions guest raffle (gift certificate, gift certificate for providing discounts) 

2. Placement of an information module about your company in the exhibition catalogue: 

- Color logo 3×2 (cm) – 1200 KGS 

- Advertising module – 1 page – 4000 KGS 

- Advertising module – 0.5 page – 2000 KGS 

 

* Attention! If your activities and/or products are to be licensed, the information must contain the license number and the name of the authority that issued the license. Advertising of products subject to compulsory certification must be marked “subject to compulsory certification”. Copies of licenses and certificates, duly certified are to be sent to the organizer, together with information.
