Guest from Saint-Petersburg Marat Sabirov Will Be Participating in the IV Festival of Education

Guests frequently visit Bishkek as part of our Festival, and this year is no different. Marat Sabirov,scientist at the I.M. Cechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry at the Russian Academy of Science (IEPBRAS) and one of the authors of the game “Ecologic,” will be presenting a number of master-classes that teach students how to play the game “Ecologic.” He will also be presenting to teachers from across Bishkek as part of the “Lectures for Teachers” program.
“Ecologic” is a board game of business, ecological, and economical strategy. The point of the game to create a reasonable balance between the economic interests of businesses and the ecological factors associated with development.
