Lecture is given on advancing innovative education technologies in Bishkek City from Russia’s experiences

The “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation in partnership with “Soros Kyrgyzstan” Foundation would like to invite all who are interested to the open lecture “Russia’s experience with advancing innovative education technologies.”
The invited speaker: A. Y. Uvarov, Ph.D. in pedagogy, provost of the national pedagogical university, UNESCO information technology expert for education.
Dr. Uvarov, Russian Federation Education honorary laureate for the creation of the “Comprehensive model for disseminating educational information: teacher – school – municipal – region” scientific-practical model (2009), Lead scientist for the Russian Federation educational development institute (FIRO), well-established member of Education Impact international professional partnership, “Educational Policy” publication board member, member of Russian Federation educational development institute and Moscow city pedagogical university scholarly advisory board, and “Educational Partner” through Microsoft and “Teaching for the Future” through Intel member, is considered an expert in international educational programming.
