Fall Eco-activity
On September 26th, 2015 the «Think Globally – Act Locally: Raising ecological responsibility among children and youth» eco-project «TazaBish» (Clean Bishkek's) fall activity will take place.
The activities “Green Order” and “Cleanliness” will take place in K. Ataturk park (on the Ahunbaev street side) with technical leadership provided by municipal student and community ecological organizations and active members.
Opening meeting will be by the front entrance near the hut at 10:00
The Bishkek Mayor’s Office and The “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation are joint organizers of this event.
The goals of this event are to raise public awareness of ecological problems and cleanliness, and not to be outside observers among Bishkek citizens, but to restore an attitude of active participation among participants in ecological activities.
Let’s remember the “TazaBISH” (Clean Bishkek) movement under the project “Think Globally – Act Locally: Raising ecological responsibility amoung children and youth” eco-project started as a one-time event in April 2015. The event this week will be the project’s fifth activity and the first of the fall season.
We invite all city residents and all those dedicated to taking care of our city to the “TazaBISH” (Clean Bishkek) event!
We can all make concrete efforts in keeping our city clean!
