Stars Read to Children

“Stars Reading to Children” was a promotional event, which took place during the first Education Festival (2013), where famous persons - actors, television journalists, politicians, artists, and campaign leaders read books to children aloud. In order to promote a book reading culture and revive children's interest in books the promotional even turned into an ongoing project from July 10, 2013. “Stars Reading to Children” project promotes and forms child’s early reading competencies in through attracting public attention and mobilizing parents on the child development process. Hundreds of reading campaigns to children took place from 2012. Star guests: ministers, Parliament members, TV hosts, entertainers, theater and film actors, public figures, children's writers and poets.
